Take a trip to the Desert National Wildlife Refuge (DNWR) visitor center.  They have great displays and even mention the Fraternity of the Desert Bighorn!


Join us on a project.


Attend our banquet in May – it is our only fundraiser.  We raffle off over a 100 items that span from outdoor gear to kitchen appliances so there is something for everyone… even the kids!


Go out and see some sheep!  It’s a great family experience or opportunity for out of town guests.  Sheep are all over the surrounding mountains but the easiest place to see them is in Boulder City at Hemenway Park.  Read the signs there and take note of the reference to the Fraternity of the Desert Bighorn. 


Adopt a Project –  Water is crucial to desert bighorn sheep so help us ensure that our water guzzlers have a sufficient water level and are operating properly. 


Be sure to log any volunteer hours with the NDOW website.   The more volunteer hours are logged, the more money the Nevada Division of Wildlife (NDOW) earns to continue their support of our state’s wildlife.
